If something is not right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange it for another size or colour.
Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Please try clothes on over underwear, indoors, and keep the tags attached.
These cannot be returned unless faulty: items marked final sale, socks and underwear, once the hygiene seal is broken.
Please keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Returns within the UK are free with our prepaid label. From elsewhere, return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
We do not hold sizes for exchange: return the piece for a refund and order the size you need, so it is not sold out while your return travels.
Separately from this policy, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly by email at webd76954@gmail.com, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics.
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us within 30 days with photographs. We will arrange collection at our cost and repair, replace or refund it.
